Be the first to test new features – and actively help shape the future of Memberspot.

We invite you to become part of our External Beta Program. As a beta tester, you’ll get early access to selected new features – before they are officially released.

This way, you not only benefit from an exclusive head start but can also actively provide feedback and influence the further development of our app.

    You’ll get access to features that are still in their final development phase – before the official release.

    You can share your feedback directly with us. Your input helps us make the app even better suited to your needs.

    Find out what we are currently working on and which topics are driving our product development.

Which features are included?

Memberspot AI Studio

  • AI Assistant - now available in beta
    With the Memberspot Assistant, you and your members have access to an AI Assistant that knows the content of your learning space (portals, pages, courses – including transcriptions) and can respond to all content-related queries in your learning space to assist your members.

  • AI Agents - shortly available in beta
    With AI Agents, you can create your own AI Agents that provide help only on specific topics. By combining a prompt with course access, you can create specialized assistants that take on expert roles in advising or supporting your members.

→ To activate the Memberspot AI Studio, go to Settings → Data Settings → and enable Memberspot AI Studio.

→ To activate the AI Assistant, you must also enable it in the same location.

Others

  • SCORM - shortly available in beta
    SCORM is a proven exchange format for learning content that you have created externally or purchased. With the Memberspot SCORM feature, you can now integrate external learning content into Memberspot and make it available to your members.
    ​→ The SCORM beta will also start shortly – the feature is not yet available.

Who is the beta program for?

The beta program is aimed at committed users who:

  • are curious about new features

  • are open to occasional bugs or inconsistencies

  • are willing to provide feedback

  • want to actively help develop Memberspot further

How does participation work?

  1. Invitation
    We will inform you about your participation and invitation to the beta program.

  2. Activation
    You will receive a separate notification about the activation of the Extended Beta for your account.

  3. Enablement
    Once activated, you’ll see the new features directly in your account – marked as “Beta”.

  4. Provide feedback
    We look forward to your feedback and questions at beta-support@memberspot.de.

FAQ

  • Is the beta program free of charge?
    Yes. Participation is free and voluntary.

  • Can I leave at any time?
    Yes. You can end your participation at any time – just let us know, and we’ll deactivate the beta for your account.

  • Are the features stable?
    The functions are in the final testing phase. Minor bugs or UX inconsistencies are possible, but these are production-ready versions.

  • How do I provide feedback?
    Ideally via our dedicated beta email address: beta-support@memberspot.de.
