AI Assistant explained

The Memberspot AI Assistant supports you and your members directly in the learning platform. It knows all the content in your area (portals, pages, courses, including transcripts) and answers questions about it for you as an administrator and your members.

The AI Assistant makes learning more interactive and helps your members find information faster.

Functions of the AI Assistant

  • For administrators: The AI Assistant accesses all content in the learning area – including courses, portals and transcripts. This allows you to quickly find answers to your own content, prepare training courses in a targeted manner and clarify detailed questions directly without having to search through the courses for a long time.

  • For members: Members only see answers to content they have access to. This allows them to search through the courses unlocked for them independently and with AI support. This ensures that support remains individual, practical and, at the same time, data secure.

Application for administrators

As an administrator, you can use the AI Assistant to quickly search through all your content and get relevant answers straight away. It helps you organise, prepare training sessions and find detailed information, even in extensive content.

  1. Click on AI Assistant in the top menu.

  2. Ask a question about your content (e.g. ‘Which features are useful in Memberspot?’).

  3. The AI Assistant searches all stored content and provides you with a direct answer with a link to the relevant course sections.

Application for members

Your members can also use the AI Assistant to find answers on their own. This creates an interactive learning process in which questions are answered immediately – without you having to intervene directly.


​Important: Members only receive answers and information from content that they have access to in the AI Assistant.
​

To enable your members to use the AI Assistant, you must first activate it under: Settings > Data settings > AI Assistant


Once the ‘Enable for members’ slider is turned on, your members will also be able to use the AI Assistant:

  1. In the live area, members will see the circular icon for the AI Assistant in the top right-hand corner.

  2. Clicking on it opens the assistant – just like you are familiar with as an admin.

  3. Members can now ask questions, and the answers relate exclusively to content to which they have access.

The AI Assistant makes your learning platform even more powerful by making knowledge directly accessible and actively supporting both members and administrators. Use this feature to find content faster, make training more efficient, and offer your members an interactive learning experience.
