With Memberspot AI, you can generate transcripts, summaries, chapters, timestamps, titles, short descriptions and tags at the touch of a button. This saves you time and helps your members find content faster.

💡 Notes:
The Memberspot AI features are available from the Scale plan onwards and must be activated once in the settings.
Your video should be at least 30 seconds long.
How to use AI features for your videos and generate all suggestions at the touch of a button
Navigate to the desired video lesson via Content > Courses.
Under the video, click on the ‘Generate AI suggestions’ button in the General tab.
Done – Memberspot AI will now analyse your entire video and automatically generate all suitable suggestions for you and your members.

Depending on the length of your video, generation may take a few moments.
Not satisfied with the AI suggestions? Click the “AI suggestions available” button again to generate new ones in no time.
Create automatic AI transcripts & use them as subtitles
After generation, you will find your entire transcript under the summary in the Content AI tab.
Search through it, edit it and use it directly as subtitles.
You can also make the transcript visible to your members using the “Show to members” switch.
🔎 Tip: If a word has not been recognised correctly, simply change it directly in the transcript and save.
Intelligent AI video summaries
In the Content AI tab, you will also find automatically generated summaries.
Ideal as an overview text for you.
Practical as a brief description or orientation for your learners.
You can also share your summary with members using the ‘Show to members’ button.
AI suggestions for titles, short descriptions & video tags
In the General tab, the AI automatically suggests suitable titles, short descriptions and video tags for your video.
To view the suggestions, click on the arrow next to the AI icon.
You can accept a suggestion directly by clicking on it.
You can accept all suggestions, edit them or simply use them as inspiration for your own ideas.
Automatically create AI chapter names and AI timestamps
In the Chapter tab, you will find the option ‘Select AI suggested chapters’. Just click on it and you will see that the AI automatically creates a list of meaningful chapters including timestamps.
Review suggestions: The AI shows you a series of chapters with matching timestamps.
Accept chapters: Click on the timestamp to insert the jump mark directly.
Customise: You can adjust the chapter name and time down to the second at any time. Simply use the specified format:

When you click on ‘Create’ and then ‘Save’, the chapters will immediately be visible in the members' area. This creates a clear, concise chapter structure with jump marks with minimal effort.
Your members can now see chapter markers in the video and jump directly to the chapters by clicking on the timestamps.
