Course creation AI – Automatically generate smart course structures
With Memberspot's course creation AI, you can create a complete course structure in just a few clicks – including chapters, lessons and recommended duration. This gives you a smart table of contents as a basis for your courses, allowing you to concentrate on creating the content.
Requirements
Memberspot AI Studio must be enabled in Settings > Data Settings.
The course creation AI is available from the Scale plan onwards.
Create a course with AI
Navigate to Content > Courses.
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the blue Create Course button.
Select Create Course with AI.
A window will now open where you can set up your AI course step by step.
Steps for creating a course
1. Select a template
Choose between two templates:
Free course – e.g. on general topics such as time management.
Onboarding course – specifically for the structured induction of new employees. With this option, an additional link field appears where you can enter a company website. The AI searches this site and uses the information it contains to assist in course creation.
2. Enter course name
Enter a suitable name, e.g.: ‘Time management & productivity in everyday life’
3. Short description (optional)
Add a short description of up to 200 characters, e.g.: ‘Create a practical course on time management and productivity with modules on planning, priorities, tools, routines and exercises.’
4. Select additional options
In this step, you can configure additional settings:
Generate descriptions – automatic suggestions for course descriptions.
Generate duration recommendations – recommendations for the duration of individual sections.
Create new access – automatically creates a separate access for this course in the accesses.
5. Generate content
Click on the blue Generate content button. No content is created, but a course structure with chapters, lessons and durations is created as a smart template.
6. Create course
If you like the suggestions, confirm with Create. Alternatively, you can simply click on Regenerate to have the AI recreate the structure. Your course will then have a complete, AI-supported structure that you can fill with your own content.
Important note
⚠️ The course creation AI provides you with a structure (chapters, lessons, durations), but not with finished content. As a course provider, you are responsible for the content itself. Review the suggestions carefully and adapt them to your individual requirements.
