Without your own API key, only default models are available
In the model selection of your AI Agents, you will see additional models that are greyed out. To unlock these, you need your own API key from the respective provider.
Step 1: Create an API key with the provider
Create an API key with one of the following providers:
Provider | Domain | Where to find |
Anthropic (Claude) | API Keys section | |
OpenAI (GPT) | API Keys section | |
Google (Gemini) | API key for Google Cloud project |
💡 Note: Provider interfaces change regularly. Use the listed domains as a starting point and look for the API Keys section.
Step 2: Add the API key in Memberspot
Go to Content → AI Agents in your admin area and click API Keys in the top right corner.
Select the provider
Paste your API key
Click Save
Result
After saving, the additional models from the provider will be available in the model selection of your AI Agents and no longer greyed out.

Usage costs for the models are charged by the respective provider — not by Memberspot
