What you can do in the history
Search through the history
Filter by specific AI Agents
Sort by First added, Last added, or Name
Detail view per member
Click the eye icon to open the specific conversation history of a member with the respective AI Agent.
This view shows you at a glance:
Left: All messages exchanged between the member and the AI Agent
Right: An overview with:
The total number of messages written
The members who interacted with the agent
The timestamp when the AI Agent was started
The feedback members gave on individual responses
Why is the history important?
Based on this data you can determine:
Whether your AI Agent is configured correctly
Whether it truly helps your members
Where you can make targeted improvements for better and more precise answers
This ensures your AI Agents consistently provide the greatest value for your learners.
