What is the Memberspot Agent?
The Memberspot Agent is your built-in AI assistant that helps you directly in the admin panel with any questions about the Memberspot platform — and can even perform actions for you on request.
It can:
Answer platform questions — based on our help articles and documentation
Diagnose problems — automatically checks your plan, limits, and permissions
Perform actions — create courses, manage members, edit pages, and more — directly from the chat
You can access it via the AI assistant icon in the admin panel.
Automatic Routing
If you ask your AI Assistant (the AI assistant for your learning content) a question about the Memberspot platform, it automatically recognizes this and routes you to the Memberspot Agent.
You will be connected in a new chat — without having to do anything.
Example: You ask your AI Assistant "How do I create a new course?" → It recognizes this is a platform question → You are automatically routed to the Memberspot Agent.
It works the other way around too: If you ask the Memberspot Agent a question about your course content, it will route you back to your AI Assistant.

Confirmation for Write Actions
For all actions that make changes (create, edit, manage access), the system asks for your confirmation first.
You see exactly what the agent wants to do and can confirm or reject the action — before anything happens.
⚠️ The agent cannot delete anything — delete actions are intentionally not available.
Web Search
The Memberspot Agent can also search the internet when needed to provide additional information — for example about integrations or external tools.
What the Memberspot Agent cannot do

Do I need to set up the Memberspot Agent?
No — the Memberspot Agent is automatically available. You don't need to configure anything.
Can the agent access my course content?
No. The Memberspot Agent only knows the Memberspot help articles and your platform data (plan, permissions). For questions about your course content, your AI Assistant is responsible.
Can the agent make changes without my permission?
No. Every write action requires your explicit confirmation in the chat.
What languages does the agent support?
The agent responds in the language you write to it — German and English are fully supported.
