If your members say to you that they always receive 2 emails, then it is often because you have activated the New chapter unlocked and Access unlocked emails. If your product is a course bundle (course and second course with live calls) then you should only use the Access Unlocked email.

You can use the following e-mail notifications

Login Details

This email contains the login data for your member. Since each member is assigned an individual email address, this email is only sent once. If you test an integration and use the same email over and over again, the expected behaviour is that this registration email will only be sent once. If the member is registered, then sending this email twice is unnecessary and will not be done.

Course Welcome Message

This email is sent to your member when a new course is unlocked for the first time.

New section unlocked

Your member will receive this message every time a section of a course is unlocked manually or with a drip timer. If you change the status from draft to publish, an email will not be sent.

Access Granted

When access is granted, this message is sent. The "Access granted" email should not be active at the same time as the "Course welcome message", because members will be informed twice about the same thing.

Access will expire

Sent X days before an account is locked.

Access revoked

When an account is closed, this message is sent.

You can globally activate and deactivate the emails here.

Name of the company in the mail

Under “Settings” -> “Basic settings” you can use the Company name field to set which name is in the footer of the mails. By default, the name of the member area will be used here as "on behalf of".

Important note! Use of placeholders

The placeholders can be used in the email templates. You can edit these templates in the "Settings" menu. In the accesses, you can insert a text. Depending on the access, the variable {{ accessMessage }}} will be filled with the text. In the access editor, it is not possible to use variables. Because the message from the editor is filled instead of the accessMessage variable.

The text above will be inserted in this email below.
