Do you get the following error message when uploading a video file?

Please note: Despite a corrupted file, the VLC player, for instance, may still play it.

You can recover your file by converting it again correctly, e.g. with HandBrake.

Another solution is to upload the file to Youtube. The rugged Youtube converter might be able to convert the file even if it's slightly damaged. You then can proceed to download the new file and upload it to Memberspot.
