Have you tested Memberspot and would like to transfer your courses to us? Great — we’ll be happy to help you.

How can I migrate my content?

With our migration service, we transfer your learning content from platforms such as:

  • Funnelcockpit

  • Coachy

  • LearningSuite

  • Ablefy

This service is included free of charge starting from the Grow plan.

We transfer all learning content, including:

  • Videos (which will be stored in Memberspot after the migration)

  • Vimeo-linked videos (if you would like to keep external hosting, we transfer only the links)

  • File attachments

  • Audio files

  • Lesson titles

  • Descriptions

  • Lesson text content

  • Preview images

Important Note

We are currently not able to transfer quizzes/exams automatically. These would need to be recreated manually after the migration.

How long does the migration take?

On average, your migration is completed within 7–14 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee earlier deadlines.

How does the migration process work?

  1. Contact our support team to start the migration.

  2. Our live chat team will guide you through the process.

  3. Once we have received all required information, we transfer your learning content within 7–14 business days.

  4. Afterwards, you can import all members at once using the CSV import feature.

  5. Our system will automatically send login emails to your members.

We have already migrated many customers to Memberspot, including imports of 10,000+ members in a short time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a switching bonus?

If you already have an active contract with another platform, please contact our support team so you do not have to pay for two platforms at the same time.

You can use Memberspot completely free of charge while your current contract is still active. Contact us to secure special conditions.

Do you offer migrations from every platform?

We currently support a variety of platforms where our support team can fully assist and transfer all content.

Platforms without a clear course structure may not currently be transferable.

Can SCORM files be imported?

SCORM files are available starting with the Elite plan.

Please note:

  • We currently cannot automatically migrate SCORM courses.

  • These need to be transferred manually.

How can I transfer my members?

You can transfer your members easily using the CSV import feature.
