Setting up AI agents in 3 steps
I. Creation of an AI agent
To create an AI agent, first go to Content > AI Agents and click on + Create New AI Agent.
Select an icon and a suitable name.
Select the desired AI language model (LLM).
In the instruction field, specify the instructions and purposes that the AI agent should fulfil and, optionally, define background knowledge from your content that the AI agent can access.
If necessary, add a welcome text that will be displayed when the agent is opened.
Decide whether the AI agent should be public (visible to everyone) or private (only accessible via access authorisation).
Click on Create Agent to create the AI agent.
💡 Tipp:
In point 2, look for AI models labelled Mini, Lite or Nano. These smaller models usually respond much faster, weigh your input more heavily, digress less often and thus deliver more accurate results based on your content.
II. Display AI agents in the member area
After you have created an AI agent, you can make it visible in your member area:
Go to Content > Menu.
Click on + Menu item.
Select AI Agent as the type and choose which of your agents should be displayed in the member area.
Click on Save so that the AI Agent appears in the menu.
III. Set access rights for members
Finally, you decide which members have access to your AI agents:
Go to Access.
Select the appropriate access.
Switch to the AI tab and click on + Add.
Select the desired AI agent and save by clicking on Add.
💡 Note:
Public AI agents are displayed to all members in the members' area.
Secret AI agents are only visible to members who have been granted access.
Congratulations! You have now created a specialised assistant that can be used directly in Memberspot without any external tools and is available to your members as a learning aid at any time.
